Kauto 5-2 To Seek Revenge With Fifth William Hill King George Win

National Hunt legend Kauto Star has been priced-up as a 5-2 by the sponsors to win a fifth consecutive William Hill King George at Kempton on Boxing Day 2010.

William Hill retain their faith in the crack chaser following his Gold Cup disappointment at Cheltenham placing him at the head of the betting ahead of 6-1 second-favourite Long Run, and Gold Cup victor Imperial Commander who is available as 8-1 third-favourite.

Henrietta Knight’s Somersby caught attention with his fast-finishing second in the Arkle Chase, and is available at 12-1 with Hills for the King George – having already attracted ante-post money for the 2011 Gold Cup.

Other notable contenders include RSA Chase winner Weapons Amnesty (14-1), and Ditcheat stablemates Neptune Collonges and What A Friend both available at 16-1.

Kate Miller, spokeswoman for William Hill, said: ‘’Four times now Kauto Star has proved his affinity for Kempton – and despite the fact he’ll be rising eleven in December, it would be foolhardy of us to dismiss his chances of making it five on the bounce in one of National Hunt Racing’s greatest races.’’
