8-1 THE FIELD IN THE GOLDEN JUBILEE AS DELEGATOR, FLEETING SPIRIT, AND ROCKET MAN TOP THE BETTING!

Delegator heads a strong list of candidates bidding for glory at this year’s Royal Ascot, with the Godolphin runner topping the betting for the Golden Jubilee Stakes alongside Fleeting Spirit, and Golden Shaheen runner-up Rocket Man.

The trio top the market ahead of 9-1 chance Canford Cliffs, who could turn to sprinting should next week’s 2000 Guineas bid prove unsuccessful.

Overseas raiders have provided strong contenders for the Ascot sprints in recent years, and Ballydoyle’s significant new recruit Star Spangled Banner (10-1) holds an entry following his previous campaign in Australia.

Australian entry Nicconi (20-1) has disappointed of late, but boasts a win back in January in the Lightning Stakes to his name. The five-furlong Grade One at Flemington holds an illustrious list of winners with Scenic Blast, Apache Cat, Miss Andretti, and Takeover Target all taking recent renewals.
