Hughes The OneHUGHES THE ONE.....Mark Hughes is now odds-on favourite with William Hill to become the next permanent Blackburn manager. Hills make him 1/3 favourite to get the job after 'sustained backing' during the day and were also offering 5/1 Dowie; 10/1 Advocaat, Strachan; when their book closed for th night. 'This is the biggest move for Hughes since we opened the book' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe, 'and it may be significant that he has yet to rule himself definitely out of the job.'
