Fergie 4/1 For Chop

NOW FERGIE IS 4/1 FOR THE CHOP.......Following adverse crowd reaction to Manchester United's home defeat by Blackburn and the fact that it left them ten points behind Chelsea, William Hill are offering odds of 4/1 that someone other than Sir Alex Ferguson will be United manager when they kick off their final Premiership match of the season - although Fergie is 1/7 still to be in charge at that time.
And Hills now make Fergie 16/1 to be the first Premiership manager to leave his club this season, but have Alain Perrin as 9/4 favourite with Graeme Souness 7/2 second favourite and Chris Coleman 9/2 third favourite.
NOW CHELSEA ARE 1/7 FAVOURITES IN ONE HORSE RACE......Chelsea are now 1/7 favourites with William Hill to win the Premiership title with Manchester United now 9/1, Arsenal 10/1; Liverpool 33/1; Spurs 125/1 and Charlton 250/1.Hills now make United Even money to finish second, with Arsenal at 6/5 and Liverpool 6/1 with Charlton 80/1.

WILL IT BE HEARTS-BROKEN BOOKIES?.....Having taken bets for them at odds of 250/1 downwards, bookmakers William Hill fear a seven figure payout if Hearts win the SPL title and after their defeat of Rangers, they have been cut to 7/4 second favourites by Hills who make Celtic 11/10 favourites with Rangers at 5/2.
'One William Hill customer from Falkirk must be anticipating winning £60,000 on Hearts after staking £1500 on them at odds of 40/1' said Hills spokesman Graham Sharpe, 'And another, from Edinburgh, who bet £100 at 200/1 on them could collect a £20,000 profit.'
Hills now make Hearts 20/1 to remain unbeaten all season
