'Fergie was a 50/1 shot to be the first boss to go at the start of the season and I don't think he's even been shorter that 25/1 before, but he is under severe pressure after this disastrous result and if it is followed up by a poor Champions League result in midweek his odds are likely to shorten ever further.'

Hills have cut Bruce from 9/1 to 13/2, the same odds as McCarthy who is down from 16/1 while Souness is at 15/2 and Coleman also on 12/1 with Fergie.
